Absolutely! Once you’ve found your perfect instructor, you can view their availability, book lesson slots that suit you best, and pay via cash, online, or gift voucher. All your bookings are synced to your phone’s calendar for easy management and can be easily found in the “My Lessons” section by entering the side menu in the top right of the screen.

If your instructor cancels or doesn’t show up, you’ll automatically receive a full refund. Our platform ensures you’re protected and only pay for lessons that actually happen. Peace of mind, guaranteed!

If this happens, first try to contact the learner using the contact details provided in the app. If you can’t resolve it that way, use the Report function in the app. As long as you’re in the correct pick-up area, the app will recognise your presence, and if the learner has paid online or used a gift voucher, you’ll receive the lesson fee in full. However, if the learner booked to pay by cash, the app cannot guarantee payment.

A: Once a lesson is completed, all funds from that booking will be available for withdrawal 7 days later. To withdraw your earnings, simply go to the Finance section in the side menu in the top right of the app. It’s quick, secure, and reliable.
